- Create a marketing plan to properly market the land parcel to qualified builders, investors and developers for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time.
- Introduce the property to over 500 builders and developers throughout the region to insure multiple bids and the highest selling price.
- Undertake a major marketing and advertising effort through targeted direct mail, print media and multiple industry websites featuring the property.
- We will represent you exclusively throughout the entire marketing and selling process until the transaction is complete.
